The GDOTS subsequent phases are more concerned with building full-fledged infrastructure to support the Public Sector Data Ocean and the extended number of data sources collected and processed.

From this larger set of data, further analytics can be carried out to measure and quantify the service levels of Government service delivery — leading to optimisation in processes and ways of working, and resulting in an improved citizen experience of Government.
